Wellness Fitness Retreats are intentional escapes for those ready to let go and practice movement, discover purpose, and explore connection.
For each retreat, I meticulously choose the perfect luxury accommodations that provide clean comfort, relaxing amenities and breathtaking scenery. A private chef will prepare gourmet local, fresh cuisine.
The success of Wellness Fitness Retreats is measured in lifelong friendships and unforgettable experiences. I often co-host with other beautiful Yogi sisters, my dear friends AnnMarie Lewis and Suzie Burbank.
For each retreat, we are fortunate enough to have a multitude of applicants for each retreat and put a lot of time and effort into creating the final groups. I get to know you through the application process and intentionally curate a compatible group. These retreats are mostly female-only but I offer couples retreats as well.
